• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Dealnology reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms.

3. Listing and Selling

• Sellers may list only legitimate, owned, and transferable digital assets.
• All listings must include accurate details, screenshots, and verified ownership.
• Dealnology charges a 10% platform commission + 5% GST on every successful sale.
• After a sale, the admin holds payment until the buyer confirms successful transfer.
• Dealnology reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any listing that violates its policies.

4. Buying and Transactions

• Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchase.
• Payments are made securely through Dealnology’s integrated checkout system.
• After payment, a buyer–seller chat is automatically created for transfer coordination.
• Once the buyer clicks “Confirm Transfer”, Dealnology releases payment to the seller.
• All transactions are final after buyer confirmation.

5. Fees and Taxes

• Sellers agree to the stated commission (10%) and applicable taxes (5% GST).
• Additional payment gateway or transaction charges may apply.
• Dealnology reserves the right to revise its fees with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post fake or misleading listings
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or spam
• Sell restricted or illegal digital content
• Attempt to bypass the platform’s commission system

Violations may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on Dealnology (including logo, name, and materials) are owned by Dealnology and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dealnology acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of user listings
• Buyer or seller disputes
• Post-sale performance or ownership issues

However, we assist both parties through our support system for conflict resolution.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the asset transfer fails and the seller is proven at fault, verified by Dealnology’s support team.
Once the buyer confirms transfer, the transaction becomes non-refundable.

10. Account Termination

Dealnology may suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates our policies
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Misuses the platform for non-compliant transactions

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
