Welcome to Dealnology. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using Dealnology, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Nature of Platform
Dealnology is an online marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers offering digital services and products. Dealnology acts only as an intermediary and does not own, control, or directly sell any listed items.
All transactions on the platform are conducted between buyers and sellers, with Dealnology providing a secure system to facilitate such transactions.
2. User Eligibility
By using Dealnology, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You will provide accurate and complete information
3. Account Registration
- Users must register an account to access certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility
Dealnology reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating our policies.
4. Payment & Transaction Process
- Buyers are required to make full payment at the time of placing an order
- All payments are held securely by Dealnology
- Payments are released to sellers only after successful completion of the transaction or buyer confirmation
This controlled process ensures secure and reliable transactions.
5. Platform Fees (Buyer)
- A 5% platform fee is charged to buyers on each transaction
- This fee covers operational and service costs
- The platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
6. Seller Commission
- Dealnology charges a 2% commission from sellers on successful transactions
- This commission is deducted only after the successful completion of a deal
- No commission is charged if the transaction fails or is refunded
7. Taxes (GST)
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied on platform service fees as per applicable laws
- GST is charged only on the platform fee
- Applicable GST may be refunded in case of approved refunds, subject to deductions
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of transaction or delivery
- Platform fees and applicable charges are non-refundable

9. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of products/services
- Deliver services within the promised time
- Maintain fair and ethical practices
Failure to comply may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
10. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Make payments in good faith
- Review product/service details before purchase
- Avoid misuse of refund or dispute systems
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between buyers and sellers:
- Dealnology reserves the right to review and resolve disputes
- Decisions will be based on available evidence and platform policies
- Users must cooperate by providing required information
12. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Misuse the platform for unauthorized purposes
- Provide false information or impersonate others
Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
Dealnology is not responsible for:
- Quality, legality, or accuracy of seller listings
- Losses arising from transactions between users
Our role is limited to providing a platform for facilitating transactions.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
Dealnology reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate user accounts for policy violations
- Restrict access without prior notice in case of suspicious activity
15. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
