By accessing or using https://dealnology.com, you agree to the following disclaimer and refund terms.
1. General Disclaimer
- Dealnology acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers of digital assets.
- We do not own, verify, or endorse any specific listing, website, or digital property offered for sale.
- While we take measures to verify sellers and maintain transparency, all listings are user-submitted and the responsibility of the seller.
- Buyers are encouraged to perform due diligence before completing any transaction.
Dealnology shall not be held responsible for:
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by sellers.
- Post-sale performance or revenue of the purchased asset.
- Any technical issues, third-party account restrictions, or monetization policy changes (e.g., AdSense, Play Store, YouTube).
2. No Guarantee of Earnings
- Dealnology does not guarantee any specific income, traffic, or performance from assets purchased through the platform.
- All earnings, growth, or success depend on individual management and market conditions.
- Examples of past results or testimonials are provided for reference only and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.
3. Platform Responsibility
Dealnology provides:
- A secure payment system
- Buyer–Seller chat communication
- Escrow-style fund hold until asset transfer is confirmed
However, Dealnology’s role ends once the buyer confirms successful delivery by clicking “Confirm Transfer.”
After confirmation, Dealnology releases funds to the seller and cannot be held liable for further disputes.
4. Refund Policy
At Dealnology, we strive to ensure safe, verified, and fair transactions.
However, since digital assets are intangible and transferable, our refund policy follows strict conditions:
Refunds Will Be Considered Only If:
- The buyer has not received the agreed-upon digital asset.
- The seller fails to transfer ownership after full payment.
- Dealnology’s support team verifies the claim with valid proof.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- The buyer changes their mind after purchase.
- The buyer confirms transfer or downloads files successfully.
- The buyer or seller violates any Dealnology Terms & Conditions.
- The digital asset suffers loss of traffic, revenue, or access after confirmed delivery.
All refund requests must be submitted to support@dealnology.com within 5 days of the transaction for review.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dealnology, its employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be held responsible for:
- Any direct, indirect, or incidental loss arising from using or relying on any product listed.
- Any delay, error, or inaccuracy in information or communication.
- Unauthorized access or misuse of user accounts.
Users agree that their use of the platform is at their own risk.
6. External Links & Third-Party Tools
Dealnology may display links to external websites, APIs, or third-party platforms (e.g., Payoneer, YouTube, Google, etc.).
We have no control over their content, terms, or privacy policies and cannot be held responsible for actions taken on those platforms.
