You can register as a buyer or seller separately.

  • Buyers register through the Buyer registration page.

  • Sellers register through the Seller registration page.
    Both pages allow easy sign-up using your email address and password.

Currently, Dealnology maintains separate registration pages for buyers and sellers to ensure a smoother experience. If you wish to both buy and sell, you can create two separate accounts using different email addresses.

Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset your password securely.

  • Register as a buyer.

  • Browse listings like websites, apps, or YouTube channels.

  • Add your chosen asset to cart and proceed to secure checkout.

  • Complete your payment — once confirmed, a private chat is automatically created between you and the seller.

After successful payment, a buyer-seller chat is automatically generated. Both can use this chat to share asset transfer details safely. Once the buyer receives all necessary files or account access, they click the “Confirm Transfer” button inside the chat.
This action notifies the admin via email to release the payment to the seller.

No, buyers only pay the total price displayed, which already includes the 10% platform commission and 5% GST in the total checkout amount.

Cancellations and refunds depend on the transaction stage. If the seller hasn’t yet shared transfer details, contact Dealnology Support immediately. Once the buyer confirms the transfer, refunds are no longer possible.

Register on the Seller Registration Page, complete your profile and verify your account with Aadhaar card/Driving license/Passport under Setting option in seller dashboard and  and list your digital asset with full details, screenshots, and price.

Dealnology charges a 10% platform commission plus 5% GST on that commission.
Example: If your website price is ₹10,000
→ Platform Fee = ₹1,000
→ GST = ₹500
✅ Buyer Pays ₹11,500
💰 Seller Receives ₹10,000

Once the buyer clicks “Confirm Transfer” inside the chat after receiving the asset, the admin receives an email notification and then releases the payment to your account after verification within 24 to 48 hr.

Yes. Sellers can add, edit, or remove listings anytime from the Seller dashboard → Products section. You can also track orders and messages from there.

Every transaction is processed through WooCommerce’s secure payment system. The buyer-seller chat ensures all communication stays on the platform until the deal is complete.

Funds are only released after the buyer confirms successful transfer of the asset. The confirmation triggers an email alert to admin, who manually reviews and releases the payment to the seller.

In case of any disagreement, both parties should contact Dealnology Support. The admin will review chat logs, payment records, and transfer proof to make a fair resolution.

Yes. Dealnology follows strict data protection and privacy standards. Your information is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
